Crystal Lau, who is an artist in Hong Kong. The founder of SKY GALLERY, She turned her hobby into her personal career. Engaged in art for more than 12 years, teaching oil painting
and watercolor, etc., and loves outdoor sketching.
In 2018, she established the YouTube channel Crystal Lau Art to share outdoor sketching and art history.
I hope to let more Hong Kong people enjoy the fun of painting.
My Story
2016 - Selected for the 1st Hong Kong International Biennale
2017 - Joined the Hong Kong Artists Society
- Selected for the Italian International Watercolor Exhibition Fabriano in Acquarello
2021 - Invited to visit the Repin St. Petersburg Academy Institute of Painting in Russia for art and live drawing exchange
2021 - Invited to publish watercolor works and painter recommendations in the local art magazine "Fire Fly"
2021 - "Outstanding Art Education Award" from the Hong Kong CCADA
2023 - Local publication "The Awakening" 1-15 issues published full-page watercolor works as cover
2023 - Two watercolor works were collected by Sun Art Museum
- Participated in the "Taiping Weather" Painters Association Joint Exhibition hosted by Sun Art Museum
- Invited by CAFT 34T in Sheung Wan to collaborate with painters to name an art exhibition
2024 - Hong Kong Painters Association hosts joint exhibition "Fighting the Epidemic"
2025 - Shortlisted for the 25th Japan International Watercolor Institute Spring Exhibition2025
